    Talent Management Coordinator

    Job description

Our goal is to enable getting the right Amazonian in the right role at the right time for both their career aspirations and the needs of our rapidly growing and diversifying customer base.

    Amazon’s Global Talent Management (GTM) team is looking for a Talent Management Coordinator to support and drive scheduling activities on a specific talent management project in its beginning stages. In this role, you will organize and coordinate meetings, plan and prioritize specific project activities and track project deliverables. This role requires great organizational and communication skills. Successful candidates will have relevant experience in managing multiple activities, reacting with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround and prioritizing tasks in a fast paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings (locations, materials, catering, equipment) at regional level
    • Maintain our tracking system
    • Effectively collaborate with employees, managers, HRBPs and GTM team across all levels
    • Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
    • Solve problems, respond to issues calmly and quickly, and serve as a resource for specific problems

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 2+ years experience as a coordinator in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines
    • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Computer literacy (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information, verbally and in writing, concisely and in a manner which drives people to take action
    • Experience as a coordinator in a corporate HR/Recruiting environment
    • Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner
    • Exceptional attention to small details
    • Empathy for challenging situations
    • Interest in talent management
