Purpose of Job

This is a client facing role to provide strategic advice and guidance on Master Data Management

Help clients to:

• Conduct current state assessment of Master Data Management practices / tools and provide recommendations for desired improvements
• Determine the sourcing and consumption requirements and design to create and manage Master Data
• Reconcile Reference Data & standardize for upstream and downstream consumption and management
• Data quality profile and cleanse master and reference data
• Implement master data management technologies
• Harmonize and consolidate the data via standards and process
• Develop and implement data governance programs
• Implement data integration technologies
• Design, build, and manage data management solutions
• Enhance data management security, access , and controls

Experience

Minimum Years of Experience: 6

Proficient experience with these capabilities:

• MDM Architecture and integration – physical vs virtual MDM, real-time, near real-time, batch
• Master Data Management Technologies
• Data Loading strategies – will include Data Migration and Conversion
• Metadata Management
• Data Modeling
• Data Quality Profiling & Cleansing
• Data Stewardship
• Data Governance Programs
• Service Oriented Architecture – Web Services, Enterprise Application Integration

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum Degree Required Major: in Computer Science or any MIS related field•
