What will you be doing?
The main responsibilities will be to:
General Management
-
Manage the Digital Geekaship Academy end-to-end. This includes but are not limited to:

Management of mentors: mentor allocation and schedule management, mentor review feedback management.

Annual budgeting and management of monthly management accounts against the approved budget.
-
Monthly invoicing of clients.
-
Internal HR: payroll, management of mentor and intern leave, recruitment of people for Digital Geekaship.

Day-to-day management of the Digital Geekaship.
Sales + Marketing
-
Build pipeline of new potential clients on demand side.
-
Sales meetings with new clients.
-
Proposals to new clients.
-
Contract signing with new clients.
-
Work with Infoware CDO to drive marketing of the the business.
-
Trend analysis within the education and training sector, identifying new opportunities and presenting this to the board.
Customer Relationship Management
-
Manage: customer references, case study definition, service delivery surveys.

Own and manage Client Service Delivery Strategy.
-
Existing client account management.
-
Organise interfacing of partners and clients with interns.
-
Monthly intern progress reporting.
Internship Programmes
-
Work with Infoware recruitment management to drive annual placement targets.
-
Development of programme material.
-
Lectures with interns.
-
Oversee and assess progress of interns.
-
Interview interns.
- 5 years experience as an Educator, skills developer or trainer within the technology space.

- 5+ total working experience.
- 3+ years of revenue generating role.
- Over 30.
- Minimum period of 3 years commitment.
- Have a good network in South Africa and wider Africa. This will have to be validated during the interview process.
- Software development background.
- Sales related qualification or training.
- Availability to frequent global travel.
