A fantastic opportunity to join RB’s Safety Quality Compliance team in a key role as Consumer Relations Manager, Africa.

Reporting into the Head of Consumer Relations for the Area this is a fantastic opportunity to lead consumer relations activities within the region, for Health, Hygiene and Home products. Management of your teams and primary responsibility for the business relationship with the 3rd party contact centres and team managing the knowledge database.

Is this you?

• Consumer Relations experience preferably in a FMCG or Pharma industry
• Experience managing systems-based consumer data
• Ability to develop effective partnerships with global & local quality to ensure quick reaction and resolution of emerging and existing trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Results oriented
• People Management
• Previous Consumer Relations Management Experience
