    Operations Director

    Job Description

    • Establish operating system: Develop operation strategies, clarify operational actions and goals for each service;Strengthen the ability of service dirve traffic, through content, channel and other value chain cooperation; To familiar with the roadmap for each service, and develop product optimization strategy;Ensure the completeness of support system for platforms, reports and technical supports. Establish a complete cross-sectoral communication system include company process, inter-departmental cooperation, high-level help seekings.
    • Operation target dismantling; Quantitative assessment; The establishment of standardized and efficient operation of the management system and processes; Continuous optimization of organizational construction; Improve customer satisfaction and operational center operating efficiency

    Oversees daily Team activity

    • Working with Legal Departments on any matters that may require intervention
    • Working with Department Heads and Senior Management get generate optimal staff performance.
    • Prepare budgets, schedules and other organizational reports where needed
    • Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Improves existing systems and policies

    Technical Skills & Abilities:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience working within a telecommunications environment (large telco/operator would be advantageous).
    • Digital Service knowledge and experience would be most beneficial.
    • Proven track record of driving and delivering on large scale projects from initiation to successful conclusion.
    • Champions change and assists in the implementation of new ideas.
    • Good team management, Operation Director coordinating skills and capacity to think analytically and to grasp complex situations quickly.
    • Strong business management and customer orientation experience.
    • Financial and commercial knowledge is necessary.
    • Good planning skills.
    • Good background with project cost control and claim management.

    Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

    The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

    Preferred Qualification:

    • University Degree in telecommunication Engineering/equivalent.
    • Formal education in telecommunication infrastructure an advantage.
    • Formal training in project management techniques and methodologies (PMI, PRINCE/similar) an advantage.
