- Allocating cost centers on job card systems
- The daily monitoring of stock in store - identify shortages.
- Assist the Workshop and Maintenance Manager with the purchasing of the stock by creating orders and following the correct procedures.
- Receiving and checking deliveries against orders. Maintain a register of deliveries and notify staff/Manager of deliveries.
- Follow up with staff/manager and suppliers for goods incorrectly delivered.
- Administer all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedure.
- Provide quality service in serving clients (artisans) at the service counter.
- Comply with the requirements of occupational health and safety legislations.
- Responsible for processing of all documentation in the store, including GRN’s, ensuring that all documentation sent to the creditors department is correct and complete as per defined procedure
- Responsible for cleaning of store according to master cleaning schedule.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- A relevant stock control/supply chain diploma would be an advantage
- Solid understanding of store principals and inventory management
Experience
Skills Required
- Min 5 years store experience, preferable in a technical environment
- Working knowledge of SAP will be advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills

- Computer literate – Excel, Word
