Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with key advertisers and agency team
• Build innovative and customized new advertising solutions for the SA market
• Manage internal and external sales teams
• Oversee the Trading Desk Manager
• Partner with the internal development team
• Set budgeting and sales goals.
• Coordinate sales staff managers
• Prepare cost estimates for campaigns.
• Assist Programmatic team with targeting and performance.
• Serve as liaisons between the firm requiring the advertising and an advertising or promotion agency that actually develops and places the ads.
• Oversee in-house accounts.
• Present campaigns during pitches.
• Approve changes to budget as needed.
• Identify potential clients

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-7 years of experience in the Digital Advertising Sales
• Strong network of relationships amongst key digital advertisers and agencies
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a high performance sales environment
• Experience in Programmatic and online adveritinsg
• Ability to oversee sales staff
