• Business analysis planning and Monitoring;
• Identifying, refining and defining business need, and solution scope;
• Analysing past, present and future business environment;
• Process analysis and modelling;
• Working closely with systems analyst and project manager to design and implement solutions;
• Requirements elicitation and analysis;
• Investigating and defining requirements for business processes;
• Requirements management and communication;
• Contributing to the design of new business processes;
• Contributing to strategies and guidelines to improve the business environment;
• Providing input to management on procedures and policies;
• Guidance/supervision to the Business analyst as a mentor/coach;
• Analysing business processes to determine problems, risks and opportunities for improvement;
• Reviewing processes and conducting process audits, as required;
• Contributing to the design of new business processes;
• Working with managers and relevant users on feasibility studies and establishing business and systems requirements; and,
• Contributing to strategies and guidelines to improve the business environment.

Job Requirements

• You are going to need 3 to 8 years’ experience in business apps and exposure to IT functions. A degree or equivalent working experience, as well as experience in business process design and business rule analysis, solutions design and data modelling are musts for this role.
• Agile experience will be advantageous.
