Overall Purpose of the Job:
To collect, capture, analyse and process all moving cancellation requests with the main focus of ensuring maximum customer retention.

Daily Main Duties And Responsibilities
Minimum qualification and experience:
- Receive and process moving cancellations
- Qualify and call on all “new leads”
- Attempt to book appointments with relocation/reconnection customers
- Schedule appointments in Sales consultants diaries
- Follow up on all unclosed leads
- Handle calls from customers who wish to cancel their service
- Keep internal and external customers informed of the status of the relocating process
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and branches
- Record cancellations of appointments
- Book system removal where reconnections were not possible
- Analyse statistics relating to reconnections.
Minimum qualification and experience:
- Matric
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in telephonic sales support
- Computer literate
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
