Job description

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence, this role will be required to manage a team of Business Intelligence Team Leaders and Analysts in their efforts to provide the business with in depth analysis, insights and recommendations in order toptimise the credit life cycle.

Requirements:

• A relevant post-graduate degree in Information Management, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering with at least:
• 8 years’ experience in a data driven analysis role within a Credit related environment
• 2 years’ experience within a Management/Team Leader role environment focusing on team development and client liaison/interaction
• Proven experience in data extraction, data driven analysis and credit modelling using SQL, SAS or alike is preferred
• Communication skills (written & verbal) in English – speak clearly and persuasively; listens and gets clarification; responds well tquestions; demonstrate group presentation skills; participate in meetings.
• In-depth analytical ability, combined with business acumen in order tadd significant value tsolution process when involved with analysts in BI and other business areas.
