    Bill to Cash Lead, AMEA

    Job Description

    You will lead AMEA Bill to Cash function and will be a key member in AMEA CS&L team, leading process, and capability excellence for Bill to Cash; which includes credit management and receivables processes & systems.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Be the subject matter expert (SME) who will work closely with the markets OTC/BTC teams on process enhancements.
    • One point of contact to the OTC/BTC teams, understanding their process pain points, propose solutions to simplify, automate and standardize the process.
    • Drive AMEA BTC functional agenda in collaboration with the global and enterprise towers.
    • Work with cross functional teams to bring better efficiency and process enhancements.
    • Measure performance across Order to Bill and collaborate with the countries to identify & implement continuous improvement opportunities.
    • Adopt, communicate, and enforce global bill to Cash policies, and ensuring compliance mindset across the teams through trainings, refresher sessions.
    • Close collaboration with AMEA Internal Controls team to drive compliance across markets and attend to all Internal Audit and reviews requirements.
    • Lead Sustainability Plan for Bill to Cash processes, including ongoing training, assessment, internal audit and reviews.
    • Be part of S4 Hana program and provide AMEA requirements and discussions as voice of AMEA markets.
    • Be a strong team player able to connect dots and bridge end to end process collaboratively driving customer service excellence
    • Joint accountability of Order to Cash / Bill to Cash function success measures including but not limited to DSO, invoice accuracy, etc.

    Career Experience Required:

    • Minimum Bachelor degree                                                                            
    • Strong Knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end-to-end supply chain
    • Experience working with remote and multi-country teams.
    • Experience in Project Management
    • Working knowledge and experience in end-to-end Order to Cash business processes,
    • Knowledge of SAP OTC and interfaces to Trade Management, Sales Management.
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies and solutions in response to downstream data extremely helpful.
    • Knowledge of Process and Tool Application in both Developed and Developing Markets, in Mature and Non-Process-Mature Environments.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Min 8-10 years experience in General/Basic Background in Functional Area
    • Min 8-10 years experience in Process Planning and Execution Experience (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales)
    • Min 5-8 years experience in Bill to cash Space
    • Experience in Change and Execution Management

    You work closely with functions and business units to develop roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.

    You will serve as the point of contact for issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and manage business projects through to completion. You will also provide business consultancy and manage operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met, and by sharing best practices and taking responsibility in the super key user community.

     Provide Governance Support to Regional and Global Projects

    • Stakeholder Management
    • Responsible for Business Partner management with all functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants in the cluster. 
    • Responsible for alignment with Global/Regional MD 
    • Responsible for alignment/escalations with 3rd Party Service Providers (back-office)

     Team Management & Leadership

    • Staffing of operational MD resources, workload monitoring/balancing. 
    • Staffing of key user roles, and project requirements 
    • People development and mentorship 
    • Develop cluster team’s technical capability and business insight to enable BU and DMS transformational agenda

     Operation Excellence

    • Accountable for BU master data Quality, Performance Management by delivering committed KPIs and fulfilling business requirements.  
    • Responsible for the updating and rolling out of CI to improving process and tools by collaborating with data governance and transformation teams.
    • SOP’s - all in close collaboration with Global/Regional process leads and implementing Testing/training and ensuring quality & process performance.

    • Stand-alone and lead infront.

    Education / Certifications:

    • Min. 5 years’ experience in a master data management role. 
    • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 
    • English Proficiency mandatory and any applicable local languages.  
    • SAP Expert Knowledge 
    • Data Governance certification is an advantage 
    • GDS, GS1 (Global Data Synchronization) experience  
    • Experience in Digital Marketing/eCommerce area from a data publicati9on perspective
