    Marketing Assistant

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communication.
    • Office Administration certification will be added an advantage.
    • 2-3 Years experience in similar.
    • People Management skilled.

    Minimum work experience:

    • Monitor the Clinix enquiry email (connected to website, social media platforms, google my business and hello peter) and respond to clients inquires promptly and adequately.
    • Facilitate the creation of purchase order on SAP and send through to the suppliers on behalf of senior staff in Marketing Department.
    • Assist in conducting market and client research for different calendar holidays and Clinix events.
    • Communicate departmental briefs on behalf of marketing staff and other business units or for marketing related events.
    • Perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to marketing department.
    • Consolidate BBBEE.
    • Assist marketing team in managing brand and marketing initiatives.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues, build sound relationships and ensure good communications.
    • Collaborate and build relationships with the various Departments and contribute to the overall performance of the marketing team.
    • Monitor costs or expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and reduce waste in line with departmental budget
    • Ensure complete, timeous and accurate reporting with appropriate levels of escalation to enable effective decision-making

    Laundry Supervisor

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • NQL 5 Certification or similar level of education essential.
    • 2 — 3 years' related laundry / administration experience.
    • Experience within a private hospital environment (advantageous).
    • Computer Literacy.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hospital's laundry facility.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laundry processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with infection control protocols.
    • Monitor and maintain the inventory of linens, uniforms, and other textiles, ensuring an adequate supply is always available.
    • Coordinate with nursing units, surgical departments, and other hospital divisions to meet their linen and textile needs accurately and promptly.
    • Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of laundry equipment, scheduling repairs and replacements as needed.
    • Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines related to safety, hygiene, and infection control.
    • Collaborate with the procurement department to source and purchase necessary laundry supplies, detergents, and equipment.
    • Investigate and address any customer complaints or concerns related to laundry services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in laundry technology, and best practices to continuously improve laundry operations.
