    Sr Analyst, Customer Support Operations

    What We'll Bring:

    • 3+ years experience in Customer Service, Client Services, Operations, Product Management, and/or Business Development.

    What You'll Bring:

    As part of a shared services team for all lines of business, you are responsible for ensuring that all SEC processes are adhered to and that your service to our clients are efficient, transparent and world class.

    You will be expected to complete the following on a daily basis: 

    • Manage the SEC mailbox and action requests within specified SLA’s.
    • This will entail interacting with customers and various stakeholders in the organization via Email, Telephone, Skype, Microsoft Teams and Zoom to assist with pre or post sales service requests.
    • An exceptional standard of work needs to be maintained when actioning customer issues, queries, requests, incident or complaints.
    • Quality check your own closure of tickets daily/weekly/monthly basis (tickets are worked on and all fields updated in order to achieve excellent reporting)
    • Must be able to work as part of a team.
    • Provide ways on improving inefficiencies within your role or as part of a team.
    • Ensure that management requests/deadlines are met timeously.
    • Must be able to compile service reports.
    • Honest and accurate claim submissions e.g. Client visits, Cellphone claims etc;

    Training:

    • Must be able to conduct training on Bureau systems (Wisdom, TU Direct, EIR & Inside Data)
    • Provide telephonic training to clients on password resets  or any errors received on TU operating systems

    Contracts:

    • Must be able to Quality Check Onboarding documents for Sales
    • (Contracting, Credentialing) – will be taught on the job.

    Tenders: (Knowledge required – process can be taught)

    • Must be able to complete all Tender documents received timeously,
    • Quality Check all document received
    • Obtain relevant signatures and;
    • Ensure that the Tender packs are completed and submitted to Sales before the due date
    • Vendor Management: Must be able to complete all documentation for submission
    • Requests for Quotations: Must be able to complete RFQ’s
    • Request for Analysis: Must be able to complete all RFA’s

    TransUnion is currently recruiting for a dynamic Senior Legal Advisor to provide group-wide specialist, relevant and quality commercial legal advice and services to all TransUnion businesses. To identify long term risk exposure to support the business effort in driving growth and meeting revenue targets, whilst managing and minimising potential business and regulatory risks by partnering with the sales teams to negotiate, draft and/or review commercial agreements.

    What You’ll Bring

    • We are looking for a minimum LLB Degree (or similar) with at least eight years post-qualification experience and a minimum of 4-5 years transactional experience in a managed services, digital, consulting, systems integration, technology-based and/or outsourcing areas in roles within fast-paced industries.
    • Strong commercial and legal experience within a highly regulated / services industry.

    Experience in the following areas of law is necessary:

    • Experienced in commercial and corporate law and good working knowledge of, IP, data privacy and other ancillary legislation.
    • Experience in negotiating and drafting technology-based, managed services, software licensing, outsourcing and/or consulting agreements with a good understanding of contracting/risk issues. 
    • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks and priorities continuously, with the agility to move between a wide range of matters and proven ability to efficiently manage a large volume of transactions independently. 
    • Critical strategic thinking skills, ability to rapidly assess issues and associated risk and ability to make critical decisions in a fast paced environment are essential.
