    Sales Supervisor - Vanderbijlpark

    Minimum qualification: 

    • Undergraduate qualification in marketing or commerce.

    Experience: 

    • At least three years’ experience as a sales or marketing manager. Higher education industry will be advantageous.
    • Track record of managing high performing sales teams of at least five sales team members.

    Responsibilities: 

    1. Implementation and adoption of Value-add strategy across all markets

    • Campus events
    • Feedback and suggested improvements
    • Attendance, experience and follow up

    2. Operational function

    • Campus Level - Identifying new and emerging markets / Competitor and SWOT analysis (Price, Service offerings, Local competitors)

    Credit Controller Supervisor - Midrand

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma Financial Accounting / Credit Management or Degree in Finance
    • At least three years experience in dept collection management

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Accountability Areas:

    • Debt Collection 
    • Maintenance of student accounts
    • Reviewing of students enrolled
    • Student suspension

    Operational Process Outputs:

    Review of age analysis

    • Allocate accounts to credit controller
    • Identify risk accounts per credit controller
    • Action identified handover accounts

    Load new collections in payment platform

    • Identify due accounts
    • Load collection

    Management Areas:

    • Debt strategy rollout – planning, scheduling, monitoring, control, corrective action 
    • Reporting on debt statistics

    Minimum qualification:

    • Undergraduate qualification in marketing, communication or social sciences.

    Experience:

    • At least three years’ experience in a content development role.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    As the Training Content Developer, you will be responsible for the following:

    • To develop strategic content goals.
    • To create content for distribution in collaboration with other departments.
    • To analyse key performance indicators to determine content effectiveness.
    • To do quality assurance content.
    • Research of content development best practices and implementation.
    • Typical key indicators will include quality, accuracy, effectiveness, productivity and the look and feel of deliverables (audience specific).

    Minimum qaulification:

    • A relevant Honours degree in Human Resources or Masters.PHD will be advantageous. 

    Experience: 

    • At least three years’ experience of lecturing and / or developing study materials for Higher Education. Publishing of academic journals will be advantageous

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the delivery of learning materials to a faculty / accountable and responsible for end-to-end content & assessment development needs
    • Budget management

    • Planning and executing all development deliverables offerings for the academic year
    • Work with leads to balance and equalise distribution of workloads content writer coordinators and content writers
