    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric.
    • Essential: Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
    • Knowledge of Pastel.
    • Own vehicle and valid Driver’s License. 

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Offer a fixed monthly retainer for ongoing legal support, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring continuous compliance.
    • Invite employers for a complimentary assessment, customizing services to meet specific needs and addressing unique requirements with personalized legal solutions.
    • Furnish employees with extensive advice on labor law matters, delivering insights into their legal rights and protections within the workplace.
    • Refer and represent employees in disputes at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils, safeguarding their interests throughout the resolution proceedings.
    • Advocate for employees in legal proceedings, encompassing CCMA and Labour Court litigation, by presenting compelling legal arguments and evidence in their support.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Completed an Accounting or relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Registered with SAICA, SAIPA, ACCA, CIMA, or SAIBA would be beneficial.
