    Project Consultant

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Project Management
    • Office design
    • Building Management
    • CAD experience
    • Must be able to read building plans

    Advantageous:

    • Diploma/Degree/ NQF 4 Learnership.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project manage branch design and layouts. Work closely with the design office regarding branchlayout plans for implementation, taking into account customer and product requirements and needs to maximize the brand and profitability. Consider cost/profitability factors during this process.
    • Work with the team to scope branch branding requirements, fittings requirements and new concepts for branches in terms of flow as well as look and feel. Ensure that the shop fitting is completed timeously.
    • Responsible for the management of building contractors (plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, etc.)and close liaison with landlords.
    • Responsible for ensuring that the building supplies/furniture/equipment is sourced and that the building is ready as per agreed timeframes. Ensure that fitting related stock is sourced timeously for new branches/building extensions – liaising with the buying department on technical equipment required such as furniture orders and stock balances.
    • Responsible for branch closures to ensure branch is in required conditions upon exit in terms of requirements from landlords and also removal of fittings where applicable.
    • Assist in negotiations with landlords where required.
    • Ensure that branch maintenance/signage/branding is as per company standards (all existing and new branches) – aesthetically. Have a keen eye for detail, taking into account the LSM customer group and product mix in the branch as well as the company required standards.
    • Work closely with the maintenance manager regarding maintenance priorities and technical issues in branches.
    • Maintain open and honest feedback in all communication, in the event of unsure as to what is required discuss with colleagues to avoid making costly or unnecessary errors.

    • Follow process in order to ensure high quality output.
    • Consistently delivers required business results; sets and achieves goals, consistently complies with quality standards, and meets deadlines.
    • The ability to design and implement work plans linked to business objectives.
    • Ensure to achieve a reasonable value for money policy.

    • Prioritise and anticipate timeframes. Identify possible delays in advance and plan accordingly.

    Technical Implementation Specialist

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 1 year + operations experience in a technical or similar role
    • 3 year + experience with contact center software

    Advantageous:

    • Diploma/Degree.
    • Managing dialer software
    • Project Management experience
    • Contact Centre Experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage and optimize the technical operations across the relevant areas of control.
    • To create, test and implement strategies based on customer behaviors, demographics, dialer settings, technology, and data outputs in conjunction with devised strategies.
    • Creating mitigation plans for capacity risks or gaps by managing dependencies across operating units
    • Be actively engaged with queue and routing mechanisms to make proactive changes for long term trends, as well as real time adjustments for events that occur.
    • Monitor technical performance against agreed service standards across CRM’s and other technical platforms
    • Real time and historic analysis of performance on technical systems to help generate awareness which can then be used to create future strategic decisions.
    • Coordinate with vendors to diagnose and repair call center issues (Onfido, Zendesk etc)
    • Work as part of a team to apply technology to meet evolving business needs.
    • Create and update dialing campaigns, queue maintenance, system updates, enhancements & reports.
    • IVR & DNC maintenance.
    • Supports the operations management team by optimizing on available technology that fit the operation team’s needs.
    • Understanding best practice in industry and keep abreast of general trends to present to CCSM and CEM.
    • Monthly iBranch management meeting reporting, trend reporting, resource management reporting etc.
    • Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Able to follow process to ensure high quality output.
    • Managing and prioritizing activities and ensure monitoring of results to accomplish business specific goals
    • Excellent Administration skills.
    • Able to Account for and verify reporting figures /statistics. Review/ analyses reporting statistics and figures to identify trends and make relevant recommendations.
    • Understands the different betting types.
    • Demonstrates a good understanding of betting procedures and understands the mobile betting application and functionality.
    • Understands the internet betting platform (website and functionality)
