• In this role you will work in a workshop environment, where you will assist supervisor and technicians with refurbishing and stripping cooler equipment and recycling parts.
• To assist with cooler refurbishment according to CCSA standards, which in turn contributes to the company image.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• 1 - 2 years experience in workshop environment an advantage
• Drivers License - Code B will be an advantage
• Knowledge of refurbishing and stripping cooler equipment an advantage
• Knowledge of recycling of parts an advantage

Job Description

• The job entails providing PC and User support. This includes User account and mail administration, the co-ordination of the repairs and servicing of computer equipment.
• Provide fast and efficient PC and User support. 
• On Site and remote End User Support (all applications and printers)
• PC Support (hardware and software)
• Security
• Co-ordinate repairs and servicing of Computer Equipment
• Documentation creation and maintenance

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12 Certificate with relevant industry experience, Minimum of A+ and N+ certification 
• Strong technical skills in - Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, Network, Security and Printers
• Excellent Written & Oral communication skills 
• Excellent telephone manner and experience with inbound and outbound call handling 
• Multi-tasker, Can-Do Attitude, Flexible, Attention to detail, Problem solver, Customer Focused, Team Player with an ability work autonomously
• Experience in working within a Managed Services 3rd Party Cloud Solution environment advantageous 
• Valid Driver’s Licence

Job Description

• In this role you accompany a delivery truck to customers and off-load their orders into their storerooms. You also upload empties and crates for return to the depot.
• To assist with the delivery of orders to clients and return of company's empties and crates.
