    On Trade Premium Specialist: KZN

    Purpose of the Position

    Act as an Ambassador for the HEINEKEN Beverages premium portfolio, living the brands and bringing them to life in the Premium On Trade. Ensuring availability and premium visibility, adding equity to our portfolio and making sure our consumers have access to world-class brands and experiences. The role is designed to ensure selling, build customer partnerships, consumer awareness and demand for HEINEKEN Beverages premium brands within the area.

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Develop a premium pathway within the area
    • Work with the Regional On Trade KAM to identify and contract key customers and activations.
    • Develop a territory plan.
    • Identify new opportunities for sales growth
    • Feedback on consumer and customer insights to improve consumer experience, customer investment and brand relevance, including innovation and digital integration
    • Act as an ambassador and specialist for all premium brands
    • Able to convince consumers and customers of product choices in favour of HEINEKEN Beverages total portfolio
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts with targeted customers to ensure HEINEKEN Beverages brands are top of mind and recommended to consumers
    • Develop and manage sound and credible customer relationships
    • Achieve sales market share and volume for HEINEKEN Beverages premium brands
    • Implement promotions according to the National Trade Marketing, brand guardrails and regional plan

    Ops Manager: Boksburg

    Purpose of the Position

    • The effective running of TX operations
    • Meeting customer service objectives
    • Meeting the region’s operational and financial goals

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Ensuring cost effective warehousing and distribution of company products are maintained for the site
    • Develop, communicate and lead execution of site plans that support the Region + SA BU Logistics operations.
    • Plans to reflect: Optimal Transport management, Warehouse and Inventory Management, Financial Management
    • Implement and be custodian of best practice for the Site
    • Champion own initiatives and share across the region

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • A relevant Tertiary National Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Warehouse Management
    • Post graduate qualification is advantageous
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a Warehouse / Depot / Distribution environment together with people management experience
