    Customer Service Manager: Withdrawals

    You Bring:

    • 2 – 3 Years Management Experience
    • 2 – 3 Years Operational Support
    • 2 – 3 Years Financial Services/Banking Experience.

    A Bonus to have:

    • Diploma/Degree in Generic Management or related.
    • Finance/ banking qualifications.

    What You’ll do for the Brand:

    • Ensure the daily operations of the departments run smoothly.
    • Ensure that all withdrawals and communications are functioning fully.
    • Ensure any banking downtime is managed efficiently and escalated where appropriate.
    • Customer Service-Follow up with customer complaints.
    • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance of agents and ensure coaching takes place for agents that need improvement.
    • Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly statistics.
    • Monthly Competitor Analysis to be completed.
    • Track volumes and continuously project growth in assistance for recruitment of new staff etc.
    • Monthly Staff rostering.
    • Monitoring time sheets and absenteeism.
    • Ensure all Leave is processed timeously.
    • Signing off timesheets and overtime monthly.
    • Submit all necessary allowance and incentive documents to Payroll timeously.
    • Work closely with Payroll and HR to ensure that all new take-ons and dismissals are actioned timeously.
    • Perform monthly checks on the Withdrawals app and the Payment Gateway Portal’s to ensure that access is deleted for all terminated employees.
    • Communication between Clients and VIP Client Liaison Manager/Officer.
    • Ensure all leave is processed timeously on ESS for timesheets and salaries to be managed accordingly in Payroll.
    • Ensure updating of the website is done to inform customers of down time where appropriate
    • Ensure all Queries/Shortages are managed efficiently and actioned timeously.
    • Recruitment - ensuring that optimum headcounts are maintained.
    • Continuously revise controls and checks for EFT withdrawals.
    • Manage all Training and development within the departments.
    • Assist with the smooth implementation of new business development/ projects.
    • Assist with salary sign off where needed.
    • Leading and developing Team
    • Any adhoc tasks.

    Traffic Coordinator X3

    You Bring:

    •  1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
    •  1-2 years’ experience in creating schedules and project management
    •  Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    •  A Valid Driver’s License

    Advantageous:

    •  A relevant Diploma/Degree within the related field
    •  Experience within a multimedia environment
    •  Trello/Project Management systems-amongst others
    •  Good understanding of multimedia (Design, Video and Copy) related processes.

    What You’ll Do for The Brand:

    The role may include but is not limited to:
    Responsibilities:

    •  Interpret all correspondence, and check all incoming client briefs, ensuring that there is sufficient information received from clients.
    •  Regulate workflows by loading job cards/briefs onto Trello or have a good understanding of project management systems.
    •  Assign projects to designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, animators and studio bookings, based on their availability.
    •  Reviewing timelines and schedule changes with team members, team leaders and the designated HOD for Design, Video or Copy.
    •  Understand departmental (Design, Video and Copy) workflows and processes.
    •  Manage the job cards daily to ensure that each brief is attended to timeously, and deadlines are adhered to.
    •  Compile task schedules and/or reports as per operational requirements.
    •  Communicate clearly with clients and team members and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of any updates to briefs or production delays.
    •  Follow up once projects are completed and ensure HOD has approved projects internally before notifying clients to approve.
    •  Keep record of all daily projects completed, hours spent on the project and provide feedback on any operational /technical issues.
    •  Handling order processes for departmental day to day requisites (stationery, hardware, software etc.)
    •  Managing quotes and payments to/from suppliers (resourcing quotations for productions, equipment etc.)
    •  Planning and forecasting upcoming projects
    •  Conduct/Attend daily and weekly project status meetings to share progress and updates with team members, team leaders and the designated Head of department.
    •  Going over items, tasks, project phases and due dates

    Traffic Manager - Umhlanga

    You Bring:

    •  3 years’ experience in a similar role
    •  3 years’ experience in creating schedules and project management
    •  Excellent computer literacy and experience with project management software.
    •  Experience in creative services and a good understanding of terminology and all major multimedia platforms.
    •  Trello/Project Management systems - amongst others

    What You’ll Do for The Brand:
    The role may include but is not limited to:

    Responsibilities:

    •  Execute and continuously improve all internal production processes.
    •  Manage, track and facilitate all departmental jobs in the Project Management System.
    •  Coordinate the production process between internal stakeholders and freelance suppliers (production houses- TV, audio and animation, photographers/shoots, designers)
    •  Set and coordinate timelines and production schedules.
    •  Report status of all jobs and ensure critical deadlines are met.
    •  Manage the workflow and approvals processes between clients and team members/team leaders.
    •  Ensure quality control and content reviews are in place.
    •  Perform final QAs before assets are delivered ensuring that all client changes/requests are implemented.
    •  Support the creative heads with client communication in order to chase assets, facilitate the revert process and keep clients informed.
    •  Maintain good client and supplier relationships.
    •  Organize and participate in planning and client debrief sessions and status meetings.
    •  Managing invoice processing for all production costs
    •  General administrative tasks.
    •  Manage traffic controllers and their daily tasks.
    •  Ensuring all inter-departmental projects have been attended to, with realistic deadlines adhered and met.
    •  Have daily/weekly meetings with Traffic controllers to ensure smooth workflow processes
    •  Sets goals, establishes priorities, and monitors progress over the Traffic Coordinators in order to deliver results.
    •  Demonstrates a sense of priority and urgency to all projects distributed to various teams on a timely basis.
    •  Must have a good understanding of the client’s processes, requirements, and business objectives.
    •  Excellent understanding of multimedia production process, managing complex creative projects that extend over to print, digital, video and copy creative platforms.
    •  Ability to understand and interpret a client brief and communicate this clearly and consistently to the creative team.
    •  Capacity to take on numerous clients across a range of media.
    •  Experience managing team members to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
    •  Proactively explores new methodologies, systems and processes that enhance the flow of work through the department

    Payroll Administrator – Durban

    You Bring:

    • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

    What You’ll do for the Brand:

    • Capture new team members application onto the People System after ensuring receipt of all required documentation, including salary rate and hours information.
    • Capturing movement relating to team members on the People system, including transfers, salaries and changes in bank and other team member details.
    • Draft documents and letters on request or as required, certificates of service.
    • Ensure all signed contracts and addendums are received timeously.
    • Follow up on end of contracts ensuring appropriate and necessary action is timeously taken.
    • Prepare required UIF documentation for maternity leave taken and terminations.
    • Create and maintain electronic and manual team member files and ensure that they correlate and that all information is accurate and up to date at all times.
    • Terminate team members off the People System including removal or apportionment of salaries where required, and ensuring all required documents are received, required paperwork completed in full and sent and termination packs created.
    • General admin duties and reporting as required.
