    Purpose of the job:

    • As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the brand image, driving marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement within the industry.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:

    • Write and Edit communication materials such as press releases, articles, newsletters, and reports.
    • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.

     Channel Management:

    • Oversee communications channels (social media, email newsletters)

    Monitoring and Analysis:

    • Analyze and report on market intelligence, adapting communication strategies accordingly.

     Advertising and New Media:

    • Develop and recommend advertising and new media strategies to enhance brand awareness and sell-through.
    • Maximize brand exposure across different media channels while integrating with other marketing elements.

     Stakeholder Management:

    • Actively manage relationships with external stakeholders, including press, stylists, journalists, and influencers.
    • Coordinate employee newsletters, meetings, and staff briefings
    • Foster transparency and engagement

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our regional office. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Admin and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the regional office.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents.
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
    • Support the team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed.
