Key Purpose: Manage and resource and drive efficient delivery of all Yellowwood projects.
Requirements
- Require Knowledge and Experience:
- Tertiary Education: Degree/Diploma in an applicable field, i.e. Project Management or recognition of prior learning (RPL)
- Related work experience: 5 Years practical working experience
- Project efficiency insights: sourced from hours/tasking/resourcing features of Chase
Required Skills:
- Agility: classic project management skills of adaptability and ‘moving with the changes’, coming up with new resourcing plans to ‘crash the schedule’ and speeding up timeframes, where warranted
- Business Intelligence: improving productivity, process efficiency, compiling simple and relatable reports for Management
- Resourcing Intelligence: troubleshooting and identifying issues before they occur
- Genera Resourcing capabilities: pro-actively, identifying resourcing scheduling conflicts/challenges early-on & providing solutions (with assistance from Strategic Directors and Projects Directors)
- ‘Implementation Phase’ skills: liaison with suppliers, occasional liaison with clients (not Client Service), streamlining with other members of Support Team for process efficiency. Setting up IDIs/KPI's including Control Sheet. Back-up Assistance with Workshops and Travel (in support of a liaison who holds these key/primary tasks)
- ‘Post Project Phase’ skills: conduct a brief Learning Session with entire team and thereafter document and share learnings & suggest process improvements to the Strategic Directors
- ‘Traffic/Resourcing’ skills: classic resourcing management and pro-active feedback to management on the ‘temperature’ and currency capability and capacity of the Company resources. Knowing what tasks/phase/projects people are working on, what tasks are incoming, and which are completed
Required technical skills:
- MS PowerPoint (Intermediate)
- MS Excel (Intermediate)
- MS Word (Intermediate)
- Smart Sheet/MS Project (Basic)
- Both PC and Mac-literate

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role would require you to bring together the vision of the creative team and the overall brand approach of Mercedes Benz. With an eye for detail, you feel comfortable designing TTL elements by bringing your design flare to the table, while still delivering quality designs to the clients.
You thrive well within a team but also function well on your own. You are great at taking creative direction from your peers and exceptional communication skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the client creative strategy and the client relationships from a creative perspective
- Establish and maintain creative brand guidelines
- Developing exceptional and well-crafted creative that help solves client pain points
- Understanding of how to develop an integrated and multi-channel campaign within automotive industry
- Collaborate with the Client Services & Planning in the development of client strategies, analyzing results and identifying opportunities
- Enforce & support all creative operations with team members, striving for operational excellence
- Help identify area for improved efficiencies in the department and in working with other departments
- Stay informed of trends, competitor brands; ensuring creative campaigns stay on the front line of exceptional campaigns.

Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years people management experience
- Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social
- Experience as a Creative Director at either agency or advertiser, with a copywriter or art director background
- Experience working with automotive and luxury brands
- Relentlessly high creative standards and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with multiple different stakeholders and regulatory requirements
- Data-driven and obsessed with measurable impact of a campaign
- Ability to juggle many projects and consistently deliver results despite competing priorities
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to gracefully defend creative decisions to leadership, driving creative alignment with leadership and stakeholders
- Have a professional, pro-active, and positive attitude that sets an example to others
- Ability to take direction, and a willingness to learn new things
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and lead as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Art, or equivalent experience
