JOB PURPOSE:
To coordinate and implement all supply chain processes and procedures of the company by making sure that procurement of goods and services via RFQ’s are in compliance with legislative requirements.

JOB PURPOSE:
To create and deliver best employee relations practices which entails developing and maintaining positive working relationships between JCPZ and employees; trade unions and employee representatives. Ensure compliance to ER policy and relevant legislation. Manage labour disputes in a fair, transparent and equitable treatment in order to contribute to labour harmony and engaged workforce.
