    Sales Representative - Aftermarket/ Commercial Vehicles

    What you could expect as a Sales Representative – Aftermarket/ Commercial Vehicles:

    • Develop business relationships with CV IAM customers in the region (Truck and Trailer) to promote the sale of ZF parts in the IAM channel.
    • Manage distributor/customer sales to reach sales target and to enhance position on the market. 
    • Communicate business potentials from CV IAM customers within sales structure in order to create competitive product offering.
    • Communicate product introductions/ changes, provide quotations and feedback to customers. 
    • Communicate customer order placement internally and provide feedback to customers on availability.
    • Monitor market on daily bases and provide detailed sales forecasts. 
    • Sales Desk Support - Act as a backup to sales desk as and when required (<10% of working time).

    What we expect from you as a Sales Representative – Aftermarket/ Commercial Vehicles:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience of sales in the Automotive market.
    • Minimum secondary education.
    • People & customer management experience with strong moderation skills.
    • Effective communication, influencing & collaboration skills among various audiences.
    • Knowledge of ZF products as an advantage.
    • Strong Negotiation skills.
    • High attention to detail, self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business.

    Product Manager PC

    Your main tasks as a Product Manager:

    • Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans for respective product line/s to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/ customer requirements in IAM and OES.
    • Be the voices of the regional market to define the product specifications, to position product in the right customer segment for financial success.
    • Coordinates regular visual and technical benchmarking of product line against competitor offering, providing input for product positioning statement. Supports workstream activities defined in regional category strategy.
    • Responsible for maintaining product master data for respective product line/s. Coordinates cross referencing against competitors and OE with Data Team to guarantee customer range demands are fulfilled. Processing of range and product related customer enquiries (incl. tenders).
    • Act as the regional product owner to support front line Sales team.

    Your profile as a Product Manager:

    • Suitable qualification in related field
    • Experience in product management, specification & development processes
    • Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures and processes, in particular GD-PEP
    • Strategic and analytic thinking and active execution of Product Strategy targets
    • Negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills
    • Drive for results and execution
