RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Senior Designer in creating detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with the design teams to translate concepts and sketches into accurate 2D and 3D drawings.
• Review and modify existing drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements, progress, and any challenges.
• Adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and best practices in all drafted work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Draughtsman.
• Must have 3 years’ experience using AutoCAD & Revit.
• Basic knowledge of Construction drawings which include wall, door, window layouts and schedules, floor and wall finish details, electrical, plumbing layouts and ceiling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Must have driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
