    Call Centre Agent - Newlands East

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To ensure excellent customer service and enhance the overall dining experience by addressing customer needs promptly and efficiently

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • One year of experience as a call centre agent
    • Well spoken
    • Experience in handling customer complaints
    • Must have reliable transport and willing to work shifts
