    Payments Administrator - Cape Town

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Management of creditors for the group and related reconciliations for all entities
    • Updating daily cash positions for all entities
    • Uploading payment batches for all entities
    • Preparation of EFT payments
    • Processing, reconciling, reviewing, verifying and submitting monthly imported payment batches
    • Submission of e-bill/SARS payments for VAT and provisional tax
    • Processing of invoices / intercompany expenses
    • Processing of credit card transactions
    • Management of credit cards used in the business
    • Supplier Contract Management System - Review and ensure new vendors/contracts are processed, validated and approved by compliance
    • Assisting with BEE certification process and budget
    • Provide a monthly AP Listing
    • Posting of all invoices, payments and cashbook batches to the General Ledger and preparation of monthly payment schedules
    • Setting up and processing cashbook transactions
    • Extensive client, staff and custodian liaison daily 
    • Identifying, investigating and solving all system and process related issues affecting accounts payable. This includes changing current processes and implementing changes required

    • Review and ensure Tax invoices are authorized by managers and comply with VAT rulings as a SARS requirement

    • Collating intercompany invoices at month end (Cost recoveries)
    • VAT Audit Project - assist auditors, SARS and 3rd party consultants with all relevant information
    • Assist auditors at Interim and Year End Audit

    Ideal Experience    

    • A minimum of between 3 – 5 years accounts payable experience
    • Computerized creditors experience

    Ideal Qualifications    

    • Minimum requirement - Matric
    • Post matric NQF 6 and above will be an advantage

    Digital Marketing Consultant - Cape Town

    Digital Reporting:

    • Providing & presenting regular analytics & campaign reports to inform business decisions.

    Project Management:

    • Extensive knowledge of digital analytics & optimisation including, but not limited to campaign performance, multi-variate testing, event-based analytics, marketing funnel & attribution measurement.
    • Proven track record managing deadline-driven digital projects, campaigns & agency/vendor partners.
    • Good working knowledge of web & software including software development process, business analysis.
    • Experience working cross-functionally to support communications & brand activities as well as other internal business stakeholders.

    Desktop Engineer - Cape Town

    Job Description    

    • Join our dynamic IT team based in Cape Town, as a Desktop Engineer supporting the Coronation team with all matters related to our business’ IT infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone who is MCSE and A+ certified with preferably two years relevant experience gained within a financial services company. If you are service orientated, enjoy a challenge, love problem solving and are willing to learn, then this role is for you.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • The building, configuration, and implementation of end user devices
    • Creation and deletion of users on the CFM domain
    • Timely resolution of SLA based calls logged on behalf of the users via the Helpdesk
    • First line support of internal development applications
    • Advanced troubleshooting of problem machines/software
    • Maintenance of security software
    • Audio visual equipment support
    • Configuration of new technologies
    • Ad hoc duties as they arise
    • Working hours 08h00 - 17h00 (Flexibility does apply) with possible after-hours work
    • Offsite standby after hours - 10 days per month 

    Ideal Experience    

    • 5 years relevant experience
    • Financial industry experience would be an advantage
    • Knowledge of patching regimes and upgrading software packages would be an advantage
    • Manage Engine knowledge would be a plus
