    Assistant Accountant - Accounts Payable

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Prepare and process vendor invoices in SAP;
    • Process and reconcile monthly vendor accounts payable;
    • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly accounts payable reports;
    • Resolve queries from vendors and client;
    • Manage individual productivity and budgets (include completion of timesheets);
    • Foster, build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients;

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Accounting diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution
    • Advanced experience in SAP FI module specifically Vendor Accounting and ReadSoft

    Administrator (National)

    Purposes of the job:

    To provide support to the National Learning & Development Team in the administration and co-ordination of the national L&D Learning Plan, thereby ensuring a quality delivery in terms of system, process, and procedure.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Assist to coordinate & provide administrative support for learning interventions and/or programmes, offered by Nat L&D.
    • Assist the Nat L& D Administrator to provide daily support via all L&D mailboxes.
    • Ensures good record keeping of all delegate data and Portfolios of Evidence.
    • Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, assignments etc.)
    • Assist and co-ordinate/prepares the physical setup for training venues, including any printing any training materials required.
    • Assist the Nat L&D Administrator with approving all submission to the National Event Calendar (NEC).
    • Assist with following up on Training checklist.
    • Assist with following up on all travel arrangements for the L&D Team.
    • Assist with following up on all payment enquiries.
    • Assist with room /venue bookings.
    • Assist with reports.
    • Research new vendors.
    • Assist with any adhoc general administrative duties/ Project assistance, as required.
    • Strictly adheres to all ISQM1 process documents and policies.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum 1year in an administrative role will be beneficial.
    • Basic in MS Office (Email, Excel). Word and PowerPoint will be beneficial.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
