    Line 2 Customer Service Agent - Cape Town

    Job Description

    • Overall Purpose of the Job: Support and provide superior service to internal and external customers via phone, email and face to face for walk in customers. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Exceeding expectations regarding administrative tasks and responsibilities regarding Relocation data. Competent in achieving sales targets related to relocation appointment booking and cold calling where needed. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.

     

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Matric
    • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience within a contact centre, of which admin experience would be beneficial.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • The sales Relocation agent contributes in driving sustainable growth by making sure we have maximum clients relocating their services with Fidelity ADT.
    • Phone “loyal” clients of Fidelity ADT and ensure a sales appointment as a Relocation is loaded for a consultant to meet them at their new premises.
    • Coordinate LSN admin activities and booking appointments to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

    Commercial Technician

    Overall Purpose of the job: 

    • Responsible for Service, Repairs, installations and commissioning of Alarms and Intruder Detection Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV and various other types of Technology including, but not limited to Fire detection systems, EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) systems and other related products.

     

    Minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience on Alarms and Intruder Detection Security Systems, Access Control and CCTV.
    • Valid code 08 driver’s license essential
    • Must be PSIRA registered grade C.
       

    Main duties & Responsibilities: 

    • Create detailed commissioning  plans which identifies the activities needed to successfully commission and handover sites,
    • document and keep records of all tests on site to include in handover documents as proof of functional testing
    • Hands on approach. Jump in and get involved where required on site in order to ensure projects do not fall behind schedule
    • Adherence to project and EHS plans;
    • Keep forms and records to document daily project activities;
    • Monitor the progress, and communicate daily  to site client and Fidelity ADT Project Manager and make adjustments as agreed with Project Manager to ensure the successful completion or projects;
    • Monitor and report the quality of work on site on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards and specifications;

    Signal Management Technician

    Job Description

    • Overall purpose of the job: To visit some of the most problematic alarm systems the industry has to offer and utilise your skills and expertise in order to provide the customer with the best possible solution, for their given circumstances.

    Minimum qualifications and experience:

    • PSIRA registration – Grade C
    • Valid Driver’s Licence
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years Technical experience
    • Fault finding capabilities with experience including, but not limited to, IDS and DSC alarm panels.
    • Matrix from a Technical High School preferred.

    Customer Engagement

    • Identify the root causes of false alarm activations.
    • Present a solution to the customer in order to:

    • Provide advice and guidance to the customer on how new technologies and/or equipment might enhance or improve their existing solution/s.

    Accountant:

    • The above position is vacant within the Fidelity Security Group, based at the Florida Centre of Excellence.  The overall purpose of this position is to record, collect, analyse, and report on financial data specifically related to the Skills Development calculations, IT180 eligibility and reconciliations in terms of training spent, budgetary measures and monthly progress reporting of the Skills Development Department.
