    Price File Coordinator

    About the Job

    • To take responsibility for the management and maintenance of the Group’s price file and ensure it is accurately maintained and updated for positive contribution to the Group’s revenue. The incumbent is also accountable for conducting data analysis to determine the appropriate pricing plans according to market conditions.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent.
    • Diploma or Degree in Finance or similar.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in administrative capacity.
    • Previous healthcare experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
    • Good understanding of pharmaceutical procurement processes.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP (or related platform).

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Establish and maintain a Pharmacy Contracts register.
    • In collaboration with the Group Contracts Manager, manage the CHG Pharmacy tender process.
    • Accurately maintain the Central Price File per CHG quality standards.
    • Establish an audit process that will allow for detection of any unauthorised changes to the price file.
    • Serve as the point of contact for Pharmaceutical enquiries related to pricing.
    • Ensure vendors are in full compliance with CHG standards.
    • Provide analysis and assistance with contract negotiation.
    • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders regarding the change in price file items and Rand value.
    • Distribute updated price file to internal stakeholders regularly.
    • Liaise with service provider/s to ensure the price file is integrated (interfaced) into relevant systems.

    • The incumbent is accountable for providing comprehensive end-to-end support to the Chief Executive Officer.

    Minimum Qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent.
    • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
    • Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Good people management and organisational skills.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential and non-confidential correspondence.
    • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CEO’s programme and projects.
    • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments and hospitals.
    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
    • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact to internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to the CEO’s office.
    • Prioritise and determine appropriate course of action or response, exercising judgement that is reflective of the CEO’s ways of working and in line with relevant organisation policies.
    • Work closely with the CEO, providing information, support and advice on upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
    • Provide event management services as required for the CEO.
    • Prepare documents for the CEO’s signature.
    • Draft non-substantive correspondence based on acquired knowledge of the CEO’s work schedule or events, formal and informal notes for the CEO’s approval.
    • Follow-up on established deadlines and ensure timely submissions by employees on reports, correspondence, and other documents.
