    Sales Manager: Enterprise & Global Accounts

    • To manage a team of highly skilled Account Managers in the Enterprise and Global channels, providing strategic direction and planning to achieve budgeted and targeted sales and growth. The Enterprise customers are Gauteng based and the Global accounts are based nationally. Enterprise Accounts are typically large, major, and key accounts with more than 350 PC users within an organisation. Whilst Global accounts are strategic customers of Company with global contracts concluded centrally around the world, with a presence or headquartered in South-Africa.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deploy objectives and key results (KPIs) for the Enterprise and Global teams to increase market share, achieve revenue and profitability targets that will include tracking and measuring daily, weekly and monthly sales and client contact activities
    • Drive the team to create a strong pipeline and accurate and reliable sales forecast
    • Drive the team to move away from traditional office automation sales approaches and to enable the evolution for their Sales teams in offering existing and new, innovative Digital solutions to both existing client base and selected new target growth areas

    • The manager is expected to carry out regular weekly one on ones, team meetings and have development conversations on a regular basis. The role holder is expected to focus on supporting their team on how to delive the end results.
    • The role holder will be a senior manager within the business and is expected to champion the Company Way core values, its people development strategy and where required support other departments such as HR as well as promote new initiatives throughout their teams and the wider business.

    Global Account Manager

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Growth of the assigned global accounts and delivery of revenue and profit in line with agreed targets

    DIMENSIONS

    • The Global Accounts Manager needs a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior sales environment, preferably from within the Office Automation, complex software solutions sales industry or similar. The Global Accounts
    • Manager must ensure that he/she achieve 100% of the target(s) as set for the financial year by focusing on providing the agreed basket of products to their assigned customers. Additional value should be added by providing other products and services which are outside of the scope of the agreed product basket (with permission from the leading Company Operating company) thus ensuring that Company owns as much of the customer wallet spend as possible.
    • The Global Accounts Manager is also tasked to focus efforts to win South African companies with a global footprint, thus growing and contributing to Company Global Services. With the assistance of RGSE, these companies can be brought in-line on a global scale and Company can provide products and services to such companies in whichever region of the world they operate.
    • The Global Account Manager must submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager. The Global Account
    • Manager must work regularly with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the market.

    Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

    • Matric/Grade 12 compulsory

    Software Engineer (Mobile)

    Job Description

    • Build and maintain the mobile application using React Native
    • Collaborate with designers and product managers to develop new features and improve existing ones
    • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
    • Ensure that the application is optimized for performance and user experience
    • Work with the team to identify and resolve technical issues
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices
    • Co-ordinate with UI designers, tech leads, front end and backend developers to make sure the full stack code is optimal and performant.
    • Development of features where you must: report problems on time, specify needs, and present status reports to delivery managers.
    • Work closely with all members of geographically distributed agile teams to deliver high-quality code.
    • Participate in all agile planning meetings and stand-ups.
    • Take an existing piece of work and fix any issues associated with it.
    • Strong affinity for software craftsmanship and a mindset toward Test Driven Development
    • Perform unit and Integration level testing on all applications.
    • Constantly monitoring new technology trends, frameworks, and approaches that deliver the best possible applications.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in mobile application development
    • Strong proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and related technologies
    • Experience building mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
    • Knowledge of Redux and other state management libraries
    • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web technologies
    • Good working knowledge of software engineering principles and the whole software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
    • Passion for gaming and the gaming community
