    Operations Manager

    Qualification(s):

    • Supply Chain & Logistics Diploma/Degree or Industrial Engineering Diploma/Degree - Advantage

    Computer Skills:

    • Warehouse Management Systems experience – Essential
    • Experience as a CMMS Key User will be an advantage

    Job-related Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics environment

    Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Make sure that the Credit Policy is enforced within the organization
    • Perform daily Cash Collection calls and ensure the dunning process is fully implemented
    • Ensure that debts are paid in timely manner
    • Meet Cash and Overdue Targets set within the company
    • Chase overdue invoices by telephone, emails and / or dunning letters within the agreed timescale
    • Escalate the overdue balances as per the credit policy
    • Maintain accurate record of all dunning interactions made to clients (and internal stakeholders)

    • This role will be responsible for the supervision and control of various interchangeable Departments for the Clients account at the DSV Park, Plumbago Distribution Centre.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Control the risks associated with picking
    • Monitor and correct the inadequate or inappropriate picking, to meet the demands of sales e.g. stock shortage.
    • Allocation, management and prioritization of picking waves in line with business requirements
    • Work balancing between waves and work zones to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency is achieved
    • Monitoring and follow up on Urgent, Quick Replenishment and other priority orders
    • Control the security over picking areas which could result in loss, theft or misappropriation, etc.
    • Ensure all tracking and issuing of daily / weekly and monthly reporting
    • Control, action, investigate and complete CAPA document’s if need be, this includes but is not limited to nil picks, error percentages, KPI requirements, etc.
    • Ensure picking processes are followed in operations
    • Create and maintain various reports in line with KPI’s
