    Technician (Hyundai N1 City)

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities And Duties 1 Repair and service motor vehicles according to Motus standards and specifications Requirements Of Key Duties And Responsibilities 1.1 Repair and service vehicles according to specific or franchise specifications 1.2 Establish parts required for service or repairs to be performed and ensure the correct parts are ordered 1.3 Report to Foreman / Service Advisor promptly on any additional work required 1.4 Obtain authorisation prior to carrying out additional work 1.5 Obtain technical information from Foreman / Master Technician on problem jobs 1.6 Adhere to Motus workshop policies and procedures 1.7 Ensure that all old parts are placed in a plastic bag in the boot of the vehicle, except in the case of warranty work where old parts must be returned to the Warranty Clerk 1.8 Ensure that all oils and consumables used are recorded on the job card 1.9 Ensure that worked hours are clocked correctly 1.10 Ensure that the vehicle is kept as clean as possible and that all seat and fender covers are clean 1.11 Do not leave keys in an unattended vehicle 1.12 Ensure that work bay is kept safe, clean and tidy 1.13 Report any faulty / broken equipment to the Foreman / Workshop Manager 1.14 Ensure that special tools and equipment are used according to safety regulations and specifications 1.15 Ensure that hand tools set conforms to Motus standard 1.16 Accept responsibility for apprentice and impart as much technical knowledge to him as possible through explanation, practice and the monitoring of work, including rectifying faults 1.17 Reasonable requests by Management outside your job description will be performed from time to time * Please note that preference will be given to EE Candidates in line with the Companies transformation goals

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years experience on Trucks and Diesel engines as well as working with Hyundai vehicles as a Master Technician
    • Skills and Personal Attributes

    Requirements:

    • Qualified Technician with Hyundai experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • Trade Test Certificate
    • Ability to work well under pressure and be target driven

    Sales Executive New Vehicles (Hyundai Springfield)

    Job Description

    The Sales Executive will be required to achieve set sales targets by providing all customers with unrivaled service excellence and maintaining constructive relationships in order to ensure that every customer’s experience has been outstanding.

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
    • Drive specific strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
    • Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
    • Total commitment to achieving sales targets and growth by venturing and creating opportunities using own skills.
    • Identify and venture into new revenue streams.

    • Understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.

    • Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures.
    • Knowledge of broader competitive motor industry.
    • Knowledge of economic & financial factors affecting the industry.
    • In-depth product knowledge on all related aspects.

    • Product Knowledge will be huge advantage.
