• Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform general administrative tasks in order to ensure that the relevant documentation is accurate and accessible, Performing logging related tasks in order to ensure that accurate records and documentation are maintained

Requirements:

• Certificate: Office Administration, Grade 12

Required Experience:

• Experience in a medical environment, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the Switchboard functions in order to correctly refer clients, Compile, print and distribute route reports in order to ensure correct distribution of results, Handle life threatening results to ensure turn-around-times are met, Handle the outreach batch to ensure correct distribution of results, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Maintain hardware to ensure effective operations
