    Main Responsabilities
    Manage Manufacturing Engineering team:

    • Define and update the function procedures, way of working and methodologies, according to the guideline defined by central PME.
    • Ensure the staffing of the team according to the projects firm and forecasted workload.
    • Build induction and training program for the new comers.
    • Maintain the skills matrix of his team and build the annual training plan.
    • Deploy industrialization standards: Method Time, EHS, Ergonomics, Work Instructions.
    • Deploy industrialization methodologies: ICONE, P-FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, Task Sequencing.
    • Deploy IS tools for industrialization: PLM (DELMIA), ERP (GSI), MES.
    • Increase maturity of the team using APSYS roadmap.

    Support product / project industrialization:

    • In coordination with the PIM, follow the progress of industrial deliverables.
    • Support the team while performing industrialization activities (ex.: P-FMEA, internal FAI…)
    • Ensure Method Time is well calculated.
    • Ensure Master data are accurate and at the good quality level
    • Ensure good quality of the deliverables: WI, Task Sequencing …
    • Ensure ergonomics and EHS rules are well taken into account.
    • Ensure Special Process are well managed within Industrialization activities.

    Support Production:

    • Identify needs of specific Method support.
    • Bring help during first articles manufacturing
    • Organize and manage productivity actions.

    People Management:

    • Manage a team of people in terms of the full scope of Human Resource applications (i.e. Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Workforce, Staffing & organization)
    • Manage the end to end People Management and People Review cycle for the area of responsibility
    • Manage all employee relations and labour relations matter in relations to the area of responsibility
    • Ensure that the team complies to all policies and procedure
    • Deploy and comply with all applicable policies and procedures in terms of people management

    Main Required Competences
    Educational Requirements
    Mandatory:

    • Engineering Degree. Preference will be given to Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.

    • Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background with 10 years’ experience.
    • Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.

    Legal and Contract administrator

    Job Purpose

    • Under general supervision, the Administrator provides assistance to the legal department for the legal and contract management and corporate administration functions of the Company.
    • Responsibilities include but not limited to the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, corporate administration and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    Legal administrative support

    • Updating the z-drive- all folders under legal sourcing and any other platform which the legal departments utilizes
    • Storage register for original contracts and a register of accessing of the contracts to be updated monthly
    • Monitoring of expiration of signed indirect contracts
    • Managing of signed NDA (scanning and filling originals)
    • Managing of signed original contracts
    • Ensuring that contracts have signed validation sheet before signature
    • Ensuring that finalized contracts are signed
    • Ensuring if applicable signed derogation forms are part of the signed contract

    Head of Industrialisation

    Purpose of the Job

    • To support the organization through the management of the set of Industrial FMS team ,Industrialization of production, Capex investments, Facilities Management Services, Industrial Maintenance Management, and Security Management

    Network & Links

    CBS Artisan Boilermaker

    Purpose of the Job

    • Assemble stainless steel components, sub-assemblies and major assemblies as per specified work procedure, work instruction and Engineering drawings to meet the defined production schedules and quality levels. Reports to the relevant Team leader.

    Process Engineer & Crimping Expert - Nigel

    MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

    Crimping Special Process

    • To issue and to update, as necessary, the procedures and technical instructions related to the application of the crimping process in production.
    • To guarantee the Industrial objectives in terms of QCD and EHS;
    • To follow up the validation of the tools with Supplier and Production;
    • To support the continuous improvement in the Workshop proposing new tools/jigs and operating process;
    • To assure or validate the training and the qualification of the operators following special process rules of the site;
    • To propose, in case of Non Conformity, anomaly, incident, a recovery solution;
    • To drive the Quality System regarding to the management of crimping as special process;
    • To assure the qualification of crimping process of each project;
    • Benchmark with the other Sites and crimping specialist network;
    • To manage the crimping tools database;
    • To support Supplier Audit regarding to crimping process;
    • To plan and support crimping audits on the workstations

    Process Engineering

    • Prepare introduction of new technologies if need be, with associated process validation plan.
    • Identify needs of specific manufacturing equipment.
    • Estimate Method Time and perform a preliminary line balancing.
    • Identify critical process steps where to perform detailed Process FMEA and full FAR / FAI.

    Complete industrial documentation: industrial data sheets, IMFU (Industrial Maturity Follow-Up)

    • Perform P-FMEA.
    • Define workstation layouts, taking into account ergonomic and EHS rules and optimizing movements.
    • Perform a complete and detailed line balancing.

    Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: documentation, workstation definition / update.

    • Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
    • Participates to R&D programs as industrial representative.
    • Perform industrial REX on manufacturing processes. 

    PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

    • EHS deviation/incident linked to process, layout, tools and equipment
    • Quality dashboard KPI (CONQ, Top issues performance,  etc….)
    • Line spent time performance vs target (non-value added eradication, process improvement, business cases investment vs savings)
    • Implement and Maintain all required ISO and Other quality certifications
    • APSYS scoring as per yearly defined targets

     MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

    Purpose of the Job

    • Receive, Store, Pack and deliver material to ensure project satisfaction (material availability). In charge of physical material flow (goods reception, warehousing, line replenishment, packaging, shipping).

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 or N3 Certificate.
