    HR Practitioner Employee Relations (C - Upper)

    Job Responsibilities:

    SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY:

    • Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.
    • Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation, and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.)
    • Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox)
    • Utilise the Integrated Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status.

    CUSTOMERS:

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade12/ N3
    • Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources /Labour Law or equivalent qualification
    • 5 years relevant Mining related experience, preferably 2 years supervisory experience.

    Logistics Process Specialist - Witbank

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    To support the Production Superintendent in managing plant operations in an effective and efficient manner ensuring sustainable operations complying with SHEQ, cost and volume targets through the utilization and provision of capable employees, equipment, and resources.     General Manager (TC Smelter)

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    To direct and manage the Smelter Business Unit, develop and implement short- and long-term planning to enable the production of world-class ferrochrome. To ensure that the furnaces, pelletiser and chrome recovery plant are available and reliable to produce products in line with the corporate objectives of the company with regard to volume, quality and unit costs. Facilitate continuous improvement and operational excellence in order to improve availability, utilisation, safety performance, unit costs and to enable performance management and development of the smelter teams.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Monitor and control the CRP plant from the control room by:

    Transferring:

    • Transfer material by means of a belt conveyor
    • Transfer fluids by means of a centrifugal pump
    • Transfer fluids by means of a positive displacement pump
    • Monitor and control the water reticulation in a hydro-metallurgical process
    • Monitor and control feed rate by means of a feeder

    Separating:
