    Manager, Product Management

    Role

    • Enable and implement end to end strategies for commercial solutions rollout and adoption. Support the markets with adequate analysis/ case studies as required to demonstrate the value of these products.
    • In partnership with the business development and account teams, support the strategic selling process with key customers: from identifying the opportunities to obtaining customer commitments through implementation and go-to-market
    • Work with issuers, partners and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements. 
    • Execute and support commercialisation plans & key markets, with defined revenue opportunities.
    • Demonstrate product/technology management expertise and strong project management skills.
    • Monitor and evaluate product performance; ability to locate and use relevant data to support performance measurement, tracking, and product insights. 
    • Identify new and innovative use cases for Mastercard commercial solution and potential new distribution and technology partners.
    • Work in partnership with the Global Product team to leverage best practices and bring new capabilities to market in EEMEA.

    All About You

    • Relevant experience in commercial payments, including experience working with for issuers 
    • This position requires a highly collaborative and self-driven individual who will need to manage relationships across multiple functional areas.
    • Cross-functional team experience managing multiple, complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines.
    • Experience of consultative sales, relationship management, product management and within the financial services or payments industry, preferably with acquiring background, understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends a plus.
    • Understanding of broader B2B payment and transaction ecosystem for Large Corporates.
    • Knowledge and skills using product management tools, (e.g. market and product plans, project timelines, marketing research, pricing, business case development).
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility internally and externally; team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible.
    • Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners both internally and externally including roles within customer organizations, at all levels. 
    • Ability to embrace complexity but deliver and articulate simplicity.
    • Experience using relevant Microsoft Office programs and ability to create deliverables on a timely basis (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

    Business Development Director - Analytics Platforms

    Role:

    • Hunter sales for our retail analytics solutions
    • Develop and carry out sales strategies for important clients in the African market to secure large, long-term contracts.
    • Create new business opportunities from scratch
    • Use strong communication skills to present convincingly to top-level clients and negotiate big contracts.
    • Work closely with different departments within the company.
    • Solve problems effectively using data and facts in discussions with team members and customers.
    • Represent our company in meetings with high-level clients, including executives.

    About You:

    • Experience in software sales, consulting, or data-driven sales, with a persistent approach. You should be comfortable with sales cycles that last 6-12 months.
    • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or consulting, especially in sectors like retail, restaurants, consumer goods, travel, or digital industries. It’s beneficial if you have a network of high-level contacts.
    • Skilled in forming and growing relationships with top clients by understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
    • Able to generate new business opportunities even with little support.
    • Effective at networking and influencing important stakeholders to promote business growth and increase revenue.
    • Experience in managing revenue and setting sales targets.
    • Excellent overall sales abilities.
