Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Matric Grade 12
• Computer literate –MS Office
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Sound product knowledge
• Team player
• Registered Artisan. Certified NQF4. Mechanic in relevant trade with minimum 3 years post certification experience
• Technical Representative / Product analyst / Technical training instructor experience is an added advantage
• Accuracy and Attention to detail, Good Time management, Sound communication skills
• Registered / Certified assessor & moderator is an added advantage

Key Output

• Manage Customer Collection Counter and ensure compliance to SOP’s
• Run, update and Analyse all Warehouse Reports.
• Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards.
