    Furniture Consultant (40hr)

    Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

    • Being an ambassador for our brand and offering amazing guest experience.
    • Exceed our guests expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions.
    • Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
    • Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends and technology
    • Searching out opportunities for new business
    • Assist with replenishing of stock and visual merchandising to ensure the store is ready for our guests.

    Must haves:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Passionate about people is a must.
    • Target driven and experience focused.
    • Possess a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
    • Demonstrate initiative to deliver results.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and will require weekends, public holidays and evening shifts.

    Customer Services Agent (108 Flexi)

    Your main responsibility would be to:

    • Answer all enquiries and requests from customers and stores accurately
    • Achieve productivity and quality standards in the department
    • Process all requests in line with operational procedures in the department
    • Respond to customer queries via email
    • Assist other internal stakeholders with customer queries

    As an ideal candidate you must:

    • Have a Matric Certificate
    • Have 1 year proven Customer Services experience within a Call Centre Environment
    • Previous experience within Customer services is essential
    • Have a typing speed of 25 wpm.
    • Be familiar with MS Office
    • Have excellent communication skills, particularly in English
    • Be highly customer focused
    • Have outstanding listening skills
    • Have a high degree of stress tolerance
    • Have high energy levels
    • Be able to work flexible hours.
    • Reliable transport (public or private)
    • Be available to work public holidays and weekends
    • Must be available between 08h00 - 21h00 Monday – Sunday

    Floor Controller (40hr)

    • As a Floor Controller you will support the store leadership team in developing, managing the floor team, and support the store to achieve maximum customer service experience.

    Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

    • The ability to support the store management team to provide outstanding leadership to the store team.
    • Ensures the team executes operational excellence through a customer centric mindset.
    • Generating high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
    • Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and completing priorities.
    • Provide input and manage merchandise and visual principles
    • Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc).

    Must have:

    • A Matric certificate.
    • Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
    • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
    • A high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently.

    • An outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
