    Rental Applications Administrator

    Job Summary

    An esteemed property investment company is seeking a skilled Rental Applications Administrator to join their reputable team in Cape Town.

    • Our client is an entrepreneurial, tech-enabled and emerging business with a focus on managing residential units, student accommodation beds and office parks for landlords.
    • Their services include property acquisition, sales, development, and rental management, all aimed at ensuring optimal results for their clients' investments.
    • With the rental department accounting for the largest part of the business, they are looking for a detail-oriented Rental Applications Administrator who will be responsible for processing applications through their rigorous process.
    • In this role, you will handle all incoming rental applications, managing a high volume of administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Your responsibilities will include vetting applications, approving low-risk profiles, addressing higher-risk cases with appropriate solutions, and assessing customer affordability. Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will interact with various stakeholders effectively.

    To be suited to the role you will require the following: 

    • 2 years' experience in a credit management role within a bank or a visa processing environment (mandatory)
    • A matric certificate (mandatory) 
    • Proficiency with WeConnectU or TPN (mandatory)
    • Strong numerical acumen (mandatory)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory) 
    • A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
