    Performance Analyst

    On a global scope, your main activities will be the following:

    • Co-define and support the implementation of training processes in factories as part of the implementation of new methodologies, tools with the aim of maximizing team buy-in and the achievement of results.
    • Organize and maintain the knowledge management database

    Performance Engineer

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    • "SAP super key user", dealing directly with Level 1 and being their first point of contact from the factory, the main interface between key users and level 1.
    • Provide support, training and coaching when and where needed to all manufacturing SAP key users
    • Filtering issues rising from the shopfloor related to SAP and addressing them directly when those issues don't require a system intervention or a process redesign, but are related to poor/missing execution.
    • Supervising in particular the COGI transaction to make sure the factory is always up to speed and in line with production orders.
    • Ensure alignment between factory report (stock declared) and IDL (stock received).
    • Target:  maximize manufacturing efficiency, reduce all types of losses (SQCDMN) develop capacity, involvement and contribution of all Danoners on plant level.
    • Manage departmental budget of 1 -2% of total plant budget for staff.
    • Participate to the development of the site Master plan for the implementation of methods, tools, systems (in particular Damaway Basics, & advanced tools) and related activities to defined plant objectives.
    • Participate to the definition and conduct improvement projects (improve work flow. Increase availability/capacity, reduce losses)
    • Support/coach line/departmental resources on daily basis and middle term (action plans).
    • Network with local/regional/worldwide internal/external partners to identify and transfer best practices in and out.
    • Actively support work safety & quality/food safety initiatives.
    • Achieve the Damaway House target to deliver superior results by building on powerful teams and using three pillars.  The three pillars are Performance Management, Organisational Efficiency and Proximity Leadership.
    • Introducing/maintaining the short interval system (SIM)
    • Encourage FLMs & operators to take part
    • Introduce, maintain and improve standards for zoning, SQDCMN management, problem solving groups (PSG), focused improvement (FI)
    • Co-ordinate activities between pillars
    • Support pillar leaders at integrating standards, exchange of best practices, training and communication.
    • Introduce, maintain & improve the use of PSG’s. 5 whys, SMETD, VSM, CUTE, SIX  sigma
    • Provide expertise and training inside plant.
    • Participate in the development of standards in pilot area (LAB).
    • Roll out proven standards to the whole plant (LAND).
    • Support the E&T pillar to ensure a site wide kills matrix and gap analysis is developed and maintained; set up a training catalogue.
    • Collaborate with pillar teams and HR to develop a training plan to close gaps.
    • Identify best practices in plant and within regional/WWBU-networks (inside and outside Danone) and transfer in and out.
    • Benchmark with network regarding important KPS’s and identify roadmap to utilize learnings.
    • Use CODE/Danone Leadership College to develop oneself and others.
    • Lead by example; impacting all employee’s you work with on a daily basis.
    • Support the understanding, commitment and contribution of everyone to the factory KPIs.
    • Translate factory targets into shopfloor language and deploy targets into key action indicators (KAI) per line that can be managed by operators.
    • Being a benchmark in simple, visual, and effective communication.

    Food Safety and Quality

    • Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality principles as included in the policies, procedures, product specifications and processes. This also includes general Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene practices.
    • Identify and report any potential Food Safety & Quality and GMP deviations and hazards.

    LEVEL OF COMPETENCE REQUIRED

    • Experience in Lean, TPM, SMED, HOSHKIN, Six Sigma

    ACADEMIC AND TRADE QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc related field

    WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

    • 5-year shop floor experience in processing/manufacturing and continuous improvement
    • Strong skills in project management

    Field Sales Execution Manager - Limpopo/Mpumalanga

    Key Responsibilities

    Planning for Sales Effectiveness

    • Identify store objectives to achieve sales growth and volume objectives
    • Investigate and integrate consumer, shopper, customer and channel insights to identify growth opportunities and propose action plans to influence shopper behavior
    • Compile an area business plan that is agreed with the Regional Manager and understood by the merchandisers and customers
    • Contribute to both the brand Image and customer service orientation in the outlets
    • Understand the category health and nutrition benefits, and brand attributes to enable effective in-store execution

    Sales Execution

    • Negotiate the implementation of the Danone objectives with customers, giving recommendations for increasing sales
    • Use basic selling skills to reach a commercial agreement with customers
    • Manage the outlet order processes by checking stock and stock control figures, negotiating the suggested order with the customer, and authorise volumes
    • Execute action plans in each outlet for sales growth
    • Ensure volume targets are achieved
    • Effectively implement in-store Point Of Sales objectives
    • Manage merchandising standards to merchandisers and ensuring that merchandisers files are updated, and merchandiser order cards are completed
    • Manage the back-up storage facilities to ensure that stock is properly handled at all times

    • Get the relevant authorization to move expired stock
    • Analyse KPI’s and continuously close the gaps between results and objectives

    Relationship Building

    • Manage store issues independently by ensuring positive working relationships with customers
    • Manage the Field Sales Force and merchandising staff to maintain positive relations with customers
    • Maintain the lines of communication with the Sales Strategy and Planning Department

    You will be responsible for:

    Strategic Leadership

    • Data Mindset: Drives the usage/adoption of the Data products through underlying methodologies including usage of test & learn approach, user centricity, data & analytics, and automation.
    • External Perspective: Brings the "outside-In" by identifying key partnerships with leading data and technology providers to bring industry best practices to Danone.

    • Defining Data Analytics product strategy for a functional domain.
    • Managing Data Products end to end lifecycle (from ideation phase to decommissioning phase).

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of implementing Data products related to data in the areas of sell-out Market share (Nielsen, IRI), Media, Finance, Supply chain, TPM, In Store Execution, e-Commerce etc, and experience in integrating sources with standard MDM principles.
    • Ability to demonstrate a mix of technical skills and business processes knowledge and proven experience in rolling out a data product in multiple markets. Essential to have experience in data catalogue documentation and manage the product use throughout all the stages of the product lifecycle.
    • Experience working with Data Architects, Ingestion, Data scientists and Visualization teams. Ability to define user stories and prioritizing backlog in accordance with vision of the product.
    • Strong ability to connect and federate distinct stakeholders in a complex organization, managing stakeholders from Global, Local, Business and IT colleagues.

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information technology, or equivalent field of study.
    • Minimum 7 years of work experience in IT Data & Analytics.
    • (Preferred) Waterfall and Agile methodology experience.
    • (Preferred) Previous experience working in Product Teams.
    • (Preferred) Transversal knowledge of modern Data organization (Data Warehousing, Analytics, BI, Big Data, Operational Data Store, Metadata, Master Data, Unstructured Data, ETL/ELT) & Cloud Data technologies (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Informatica).

    Marketing Manager

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    Planning and Strategy

    • Gather and analyse company and market information for input into the development of the long term brand strategy
    • Take accountability for short-term brand planning and execution; based on the long term brand strategy
    • Develop action plans to achieve budgeted volumes and profit
