This role will focus on:

• You will be part of the frontline team that triages the communications on various platforms from Customers to the appropriate department.
• You will prepare quotations from direct customer enquiries or relayed assistance requests from sales engineers.
• You will be supporting customers and Sales Engineers with appropriate product related technical documentation from our extensive library.
• You will be assisting the Project Engineer in the preparation of Tender and Project documentation and related activities.
• You will be maintaining and strengthening current relationships with key customers and identifying new project opportunities.
• You will be responsible for supplying first tier technical support to customers and Sales Engineers during all phases of product presentation, being pump calculations, product quality/adherence, commissioning or breakdowns.
• You will be assigned other business and operations tasks as directed (Internal Projects on as and when basis)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• You will need significant experience within the fluid processing industry or engineered products industry.
• You must ideally have a Mechanical or Technically related Degree or Diploma.
• You will need experience in Tender / quote, bid preparation and submission knowledge
• You will need to have excellent presentation and negotiation skills and be customer centric.
• You will require the ability to work unsupervised and remotely on occasions.
• You should display strong work ethics and an understanding of corporate requirements.
• You should be willing to take part in corporate community engagements.
• You must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• You will need to be familiar with the processes and application of a CRM system.
• You will need to have experience with at least a single ERP system.

This role will focus on:

• Actively participate in day-to-day Sales Office transactions, adhering to established company procedures and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal/external colleagues.
• Support the progress of jobs, projects, and orders through sales and production stages, from quotation to shipment.
• Generate necessary documentation to support orders and subsequent processes.
• Maintain flexibility to provide cover for other team functions as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in internal sales experience
• Minimum qualification of Matric; further qualifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and administration.
• Proficiency in CRM and AX systems preferred.
• Experience with process equipment, capital equipment or pumps experience considered advantageous.

This role will focus on:

• Contributing to strategic business decisions in the management team.  
• Leading, coaching, and supporting colleagues and teams.
• Lead the projects and applications department.
• Complete responsibility and management of production, inventory and logistics in both workshops and stores warehouse.
• Visit existing consultants and customers as necessary.
• Produce any relevant documentation to assist with the above and aid any subsequent orders that may follow.
• Provide technical help and assistance to customers and internal staff as required. 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• You’ll be an experienced leader; familiar with working within an engineering manufacturing environment.
• You’ll have a commercial mindset, with experience interfacing with customers and clients to solve complex issues.
• You will be passionate about EHS/SHE and knowledgeable about safety culture and principals.
• Experience with Auto CAD and/or Solid Works.
• Experience in Project Management including compiling tenders.
