    Distributor Sales Executive

    Job Description    

    • Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services to potential customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
    • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

    Educational Requirements    

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Marketing Diploma or Sales Diploma will be considered.

    Experience Requirements    

    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers.
    • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.

    Papermaker

    Job Desciption

    • To ensure that the plant runs at maximum efficiency and at a minimal cost.
    • To monitor plant maintenance and ensure that all problems are escalated to the Mill Manager
    • To supervise and sign off all documentation related to staff.
    • Motivate team to perform to the required performance standard.
    • Conducting quality control checks and handling raw materials and intermediate stock
    • Supervise all work performed to ensure that all company procedures are being followed.
    • Comply with all health and safety rules.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    General Assistant - Bindery

    Job Desciption

    Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to permanently appoint 24 competent individuals within the Bindery department as General Assistants. To assist in the binding of magazines and commercial print work to ensure that it meets client job specification and quality standards. The successful incumbent will report to the Bindery Shift Leader.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assisting the journeyman in the Bindery in setting up of Bindery machines
    • Performing change overs and make-ready
    • Feeding of Binding machines
    • Gathering and packing of printed material
    • Maintaining safe occupational health and safety standards
    • Ad-hoc tasks include general housekeeping and assistance with maintenance in the Bindery

    Educational Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent

    Experience Requirements

    • 1-2 years’ experience in a FMCG bindery environment
    • Folding & Guillotine skills advantageous

    Skills and Competencies

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must have technical aptitude and interest in the Printing Industry
    • Show initiative to improve the work environment

    Invoicing Clerk

    Job Desciption

    Novus Print: Montague Gardens is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified person with knowledge of financial systems and processes and who has a strong interest in financial administration with high regard for integrity and accountability, to take on the role of an Invoicing Clerk. The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 qualification with Accountancy and or Mathematics. A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepare invoices from quotes, orders and work tickets
      • Compute and allocate costs to invoices
      • Compare actual production to quotations and orders
      • Following up with Accounts Executive on outstanding work tickets for invoicing
    • Assess requests for credit notes and prepare accordingly
    • Month End Processing
    • Commission Statements
    • Ad hoc tasks

    Educational Requirements

    • Grade 12 with Accountancy or Mathematics
    • A relevant Financial qualification will be advantageous

    Experience Requirements

    • At least 1 - 2 years experience with both debtors and creditors or in a costing/estimating environment
    • At least 1 - 2 years experience in a financial environment

    Skills and Competencies
