    Display/Space Planner (Planograms – Retail)

    Description

    Purpose:

    To develop ranges and create planograms for all retail categories in ACDC Dynamics and Express Franchise Stores.

    Responsibilities Includes:

    • Producing visually high impact planograms that drive sales, margin, and profitability for all retail categories.
    • Producing and managing branches floor plans, to provide live, accurate data to aide range allocation decisions.
    • Analysis of data (margin, rate of sale analysis etc) to ensure optimum range construction and ongoing improvement of the customer offer, ensuring the right product in the right stores all the time.
    • Creating planograms in-house using the provided space planning software.
    • Liaise with visual merchandiser regarding workload planning in store.
    • Keep up to date on competitor ranges and display techniques.
    • Responding to store queries regarding planograms and ranging.

    Requirements:

    • Ideally you will have relevant work experience in a display planning/space planning role. Graduates will also be considered with relevant experience in retail management, merchandising or supply chain.
    • Sound working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables/V-Look ups) and an ability to interpret detailed reports.
    • Ideally you will have experience of using JDA space planning modules or similar software.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong commercial skills and market interpretation.
    • Excellent planning skills.

    We are looking for an HR Practitioner for our Cape Town Branches. Incumbent will take ownership of all HR matters across the branches from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Practitioner, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

    External Sales Representative Gewiss

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
    You should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication skills are also essential for this position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    KPI’s

    • Meet monthly targets set by company
    • Update CTC reports weekly
    • Call on assigned customers base with 8 constructive calls daily.
    • Product introduction to client two samples per week. Samples needs to be cycled weekly
    • Housekeeping of customers account inclusive of ACDC Branding
    • Rotate entire customer base within a four-week cycle

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or supply chain management will be advantageous
    • Grade 12
    • 3 years experience in retail and marketing.
    • An excellent grasp of spatial, design, and promotional planning.
    • Up to date with the latest category management principles.
    • Proficient at evaluating current business retail practices.
    • Ability to write well and generate reports on market activity.
    • Possess great negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think from a consumer perspective and understand buying behaviour.
    • Analytical, creative, and goal-driven thinking.
