    Principal Specialist: Reputation & Stakeholder Management

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • To ensure reputation measurement  
    • To build and maintain Vodacom's relationships with key stakeholders through strategic engagements, profiling initiatives and managing select issues.
    • To identify issues and/or risks to stakeholder relationships and Vodacom’s reputation as soon as they arise so risks can be mitigated.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensure Reputation Management 
    • Develop and maintain a database of key stakeholders to be engaged in pursuit of Vodacom strategic objectives
    • Identify, evaluate and document issues affecting relations between Vodacom and its key stakeholders
    • Establish a process to ensure that recorded issues are directed to relevant departments for resolution and thereafter responses and feedback is sent to stakeholders

    The ideal candidate for this role will have:

    • Postgraduate Qualification (Advantageous)
    • 8 - 10 years relevant experience in Government Relations/Public Affairs/Public Relations / Reputation Management with at least three years direct lead in managing relations with stakeholders.
    • Good knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry (Advantageous)

    Specialist: Application Operations

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • Technical applications operation support and management for a range of critical systems including Oracle Siebel CRM, Credit Vetting (DV360), Warehouse Management Systems (Matflo and Freight Intelligence), OEDQ, DDE and RPA.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software applications.

    Senior Solutions Architect

    Role Purpose/Business Unit:

    • The Senior Solutions Architect role is based within the Cloud Hosting and Security business. The role of the Senior Solutions Architect is to interact with customers to gather technical requirements, architect customer IT Infrastructure and compile solution proposal documentation in the Cloud and Hosting Services space as part of the Sales process

    Executive Head: IN Telecomms Support Services

    Role purpose:

    • The INTSS Division manages critical systems like Intelligent Network (IN) platforms hosting Prepaid/Postpaid Charging, USSD, Please Call Me, Recharge Services, MyVodacom subscriber channel, Provisioning Services etc. 
    • Furthermore, the INTSS environment includes SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) systems. SOX failures are reported to Vodafone and Senior leadership is held accountable for any issues. SOX compliance is therefore also an important part of this role.
    • Another area of importance in this role, is that of Cyber Security compliance.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Accountability for implementing the strategic roadmap to ensure the availability, performance and scalability of the network systems to enable the achievement of the network Engineering strategy, aligned with the VSA Business and Technology strategy ambitions.
    • Executes on standards and designs related to INTSS platforms and applications, including project initiations, system requirements, incident management and cost base management;
