• To send documents for external moderation.
• Make follow-up of all documents forwarded for external moderation.
• To capture and finalize the results on ITS.
• To link academic staff with their modules and updating assessment criteria on ITS.
• To process claims for external examiners
• Attend to student's queries.
• Running of the examinations.

• Assist in the filing and typing of Auxiliary Services documents.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Public Administration or any other relevant qualification coupled with at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Working Experience at a tertiary institution will be an added advantage as well as knowledge of SRC activities

Duties

• Provide clerical support to the student governance Unit, Student Representative Council (SRC), and all Student Structures/ formations.
• Processing of SRC travelling arrangements.
• Coordinates activities of the Student Representative Council.
• Drafting and consolidation of monthly reports for SRC activities.
