    Brand Manager (Western Cape)

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    This role will provide brand direction and effectively translate the business plan into compelling brand activity plans for strategic and adhoc project initiatives.  As a Brand Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager Brand and other departments to ensure project initiatives deliver long-term growth and contribute towards enhancing overall brand equity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Brand campaigns:  Manage and execute internal and external brand campaigns. Plan, develop and implement activities end-to-end.
    • Brand analysis:  Build a thorough understanding of the competitive and customer landscape to ensure plans adapt to changing retail space. 
    • Brand development:  Manage brand projects to develop strategic principles and creative guidelines for product-, employee- or new brands. Delivering end-to-end from brief to implementation. 
    • Commercial management:  Develop and manage annual budgets, track forecasts and report on commercials on a monthly basis. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
    • Partner management:  Liaise with brand agencies, strategic partners, multiple stakeholders and suppliers on all brand activity plans

    Job Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma, preferably in marketing or related field 
    • Demonstrated track record (3 - 5 years) in a Brand Manager role for brand
    • Proven track record on brand strategy, brand identity, brand campaigns, sponsorship and PR
    • Computer Literacy (MS Office and Google Suite) 
    • Proven ability to develop strong mutually beneficial working relationships, and of delivering business results.

    Business Manager (Financial Services)

    Description

    • To effectively manage and increase both the profitability and the product portfolio for the business.
    • To effectively manage financial services products and key stakeholder relationships to ensure sustained product and portfolio growth. To ensure PEPmoney projects are successfully implemented within scope, time and cost parameters. To fulfill the role of a senior product owner.
