    Business Solutions Manager - JHB

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Manage and lead a team of Industrial Engineers
    • Sprint Management of the planned priorities and blocker resolution;
    • Resource allocation, management and administration
    • Performance management of the team
    • Training and development of Industrial engineering team
    • Oversee the development and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operations, commercial and internal overall performance
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
    • Plan, execute, and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timely completion

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Data Analyst - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Development, implementation and maintenance of data analysis systems, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality;
    • Data manipulation – this includes an understanding of data extraction, transformation and modelling;

    Talent Acquisition Manager - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

    • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle using the most innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering and closing;
    • Manage the full Talent Acquisition function including record and database management, projects and change management processes;
    • Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions;
    • Report to management and provide decision support through talent acquisition and HR metrics;

    Major Module Specialist - Kempton Park

    ­­­­RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ability to monitor commercial aspects of leases;
    • Induction and Redelivery planning;
    • Shop visit commercial planning and oversight;
    • Reserve allocations and exposures;

    • Fleet major module change planning;
