Business Solutions Manager - JHB at FlySafair

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage and lead a team of Industrial Engineers
• Sprint Management of the planned priorities and blocker resolution;
• Resource allocation, management and administration
• Performance management of the team
• Training and development of Industrial engineering team
• Oversee the development and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operations, commercial and internal overall performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
• Plan, execute, and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timely completion
• Manage Second line support and System Ownership
• Quality Assurance on deliverables
• Provide management reports and status updates.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Aviation experience is beneficial.
• Proven experience leading successful IT projects.
• Must have Agile Project Management experience;
• Product Management experience will be beneficial.
