    Financial Manager

    Main Purpose of the Job:

    The Finance Division based in Cape Town currently has a vacancy for a Financial Manager who reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, will be managing requests accurately. This will include, but not be limited to managing financial duties of the MWEB FP&S team, ensuring high levels of compliance, care and due diligence to protect financial information within agreed service standards and time allocations.

    Job Output:

    • Financial Reporting
    • Preparation and submission of Company Tax
    • Manage Company Salaries, including Divisional budgets and forecasts
    • Review legal agreements
    • Manage all Financial systems/processes
    • Treasury/Cash Management
    • Manage financial aspect of BEE
    • Manage Company Insurance
    • Back-up Preparation of Management reporting
    • Review GL Reconciliations
    • Staff Management
    • Assist CFO with ad hoc queries
    • Ensure that fiscal control is maintained at all times and actual spend is in line with the budget across the divisions
    • Assist with preparing business case/financial models
    • Assist with analysis of current and historic financial and non-financial information
    • Approval of supplier invoices
    • Approval of company payments
    • Approval of customer refunds
    • Payroll/Claims approvals
    • Assist Auditors in commentary required for internal audits
    • Assist Auditors in commentary required for external audits

    Management Accountant

    Main Purpose of the Job: 

    The Finance Division based in Cape Town currently has a vacancy for a Management Accountant who reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, will be managing requests accurately. This will include, but not be limited to, financial duties in the MWEB FP&A team, ensuring high levels of compliance, care and due diligence to protect financial information within agreed service standards and time allocations, responsible for Management reporting, assist in creation of budgets and forecasts and assist in month end.  

    Job Output:

    • Preparation of Divisional budgets and forecasts
    • Assist with month end calculations
    • Assist with running of revenue reports
    • Update Divisional Income statement actuals
    • Assist with Reconciliation calculations
    • Assist with Variance reports workings
    • Update Month end tables

    • Assist with preparing financial models
    • Preparation of Management reporting

    Main Purpose of the Job:

    The Billing & Client Services Department currently has a vacancy for a Client Services & Collections Representative whwill be responsible for providing customer support – that includes information sharing, resolving of client services related queries and tdoutbound collections on overdue accounts from time ttime.

    Job Output:

    • Responsible for customer interactions that result in resolved billing and account queries within scope whilst ensuring that quality and cost effectiveness is maintained.

    • Experience in a Customer Contact Centre with regards taccounts and billing
    • Administration experience is a highly recommended
