- This role is responsible to support the VAF Credit Design and Enablement Team in ensuring effective capabilities are developed and implemented to support the end-to-end VAF Credit value chain in achieving their portfolio objectives as well as ensuring all Non-Financial Risk (NFR) requirements are met. The Manager: VAF Credit Compliance’s primary responsibility will be on ensuring adherence to Compliance and NFR requirements.

Experience
- ± 2 years banking experience.
- Must have an excellent track record of cross-function project delivery
- Track record of project analysis, requirements generation, and timely delivery
- In depth knowledge of the credit lifecycle preferable (Origination, Account Management, Strategy & Analytics, MI, Collections & Recoveries)
- Must have a good track record of developing and maintaining successful business relationships.

- To provide insights into the establishment and the attainment of the financial objectives of the Business Unit (acting as a Finance Business Partner). Responsible for the full financial function including year-end legal entity requirements, which includes annual financial statement preparation, company tax and monthly financial reporting and month-end processes. Lead the entity's finance team to ensure month end is delivered and all deliverables are met throughout the year. Ensure a clean and healthy financial bill of health for the legal Entity by reviewing and signing off balance sheet recons on monthly basis.
